Eastern Trading House SA (ETH) is pleased to announce a new installation of the Horizon BQ-500 4-carriage binder in June 2022 in Kazakhstan at Reforma LLP.
The Reforma company already has extensive experience in operating the Horizon BQ-470 PUR binder, which was installed in 2018. In addition to the BQ-470 binder already in operation, a Horizon BQ-500 PUR binder was installed, which is a more automated modification of the 4-carriage machine.
The Horizon BQ-500 machines have a maximum speed of 1,350 books per hour and are available with interchangeable EVA or PUR hot melt adhesive baths. The high automation of the BQ-500 binders allows very fast changeovers and is therefore excellent for short runs. But given its high speed, the Horizon BQ-500 is also great for medium and even large runs of softcover books.
